  • ๐Ÿฅ€๐—ช๐ž๐ž๐๐ฌ=๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ž๐ญ ๐Ÿ‚โฃ ๐Ÿ‚โฃ Our mind is a powerful thing and it is my belief that as you focus your mindset itโ€™s much easier to become aware of and deal with the weeds.โฃ ๐Ÿฅ€โฃ Once again using our life vision garden metaphor think of what the difference between a pristine well planted and groomed garden and one that has been left unattended and it overgrown with weeds! โฃ ๐Ÿฅ€โฃ There are many different ways to create a positive and healthy mindset. As you tend to your mindset garden you can see more possibilities and opportunities for growth that were there all along but hidden under the weeds!โฃ ๐Ÿฅ€โฃ This was the life vision bucket I started with many years ago when I started my personal development journey. I always tried to be a really nice person but definitely struggled with being way to hard on myself, doubt, fear and unworthiness were some of my weeds I started to pull. This took time and I still find new ways to create a better and better mindset but like a garden once you clean it up and make sure you maintain your mindset garden regularly it becomes much easier to do.โฃ ๐ŸŒฑ ๐ŸŒน #leadwithlove #leadwithenergy #mindfulness #mindset

Sometimes we think we are planting the right life vision seeds but they are what we think we should want not truly what we want!โฃ ๐Ÿ’ฆโฃ Itโ€™s much easier to give energy and attention towards growing our dreams when we are excited.โฃ ๐Ÿ’ฆโฃ Here I am going to use my example for the health bucket. My workout coach is awesome for making sure that I always have fun & enjoyment in my workouts and of course still achieving my goals. When I first started I felt bad if I had fun it was like if I wanted to succeed I had to suffer and work hard with no fun and that got old pretty darn fast. I struggled even making myself want to do it so I cane up with many excuses but thankfully I had a coach who could help me come up with a new plan. We incorporated a mix of fun stuff, weights and cardio. Now itโ€™s fun to go the gym and workout and my goals keep getting clearer and more defines because I am looking ahead instead of creating a new excuse to get me out of tomorrowโ€™s workout! โฃ ๐Ÿ’ฆโฃ Who needs another โ€œjobโ€ or โ€œto doโ€ when we are creating this exciting new chapter in our lives. โฃ ๐Ÿ’ฆโฃ When you get clear on planting the right life vision seeds for you the watering will be much easier.โฃ ๐Ÿ’ฆโฃ Does this resonate with you?   • ๐ŸŒฑ Seeds ๐ŸŒฑ = Awareness ๐ŸŒฑ I love using the life garden as an image when creating your life vision! ๐ŸŒฑ When I first start exploring my life vision and renewed purpose, I think of what seeds I am planting. ๐ŸŒฑ This allows me the awareness of looking around me and seeing if I am wishing something will happen or making a plan and moving towards more of what my heart desires. ๐ŸŒฑ When you are starting a new chapter in your life such as empty nest this can feel like a huge undertaking. ๐ŸŒฑ The structure of your life has changed and that is HUGE! When we chunk it down and simplify it and make a plan things donโ€™t look so bleak, so frustrating and overwhelming! ๐ŸŒฑ Looking at my health, body image & energy bucket for example I looked at my daily actions I was taking and simply brought awareness around if my daily action brought me closer or further away from my goals and this new chapter of life I was entering. Did the actions bring more of the feelings that I wanted or did it make me feel unappreciated, unheard and just plain stuck in a rut? ๐ŸŒฑ I slowly replaced one action that was taking me away from my goal with one that brought me closer. ๐ŸŒฑ Simplicity was the key for me. Often Iโ€™m the past, I would stop everything I was doing at once and implement many new things, but it was not sustainable and I would go back to old habits feeling like I had failed when I just needed to chunk it down and simplify. ๐ŸŒฑ Does this feel true for you? If donโ€™t have a support system or an environment that fosters the growth of your life vision it can continue to drain your energy!โฃ ๐ŸŒชโฃ Some of the environment changes I found super helpful for me in my life vision were to clear up and clutter around me and create an organization to easily access everything, have healthy food options ready and clear the energy of my space often. โฃ ๐ŸŒชโฃ The second thing for me was creating a good support system for me to foster my life vision growth, this for me was hiring a couple of coaches to help keep me accountable and help me get back on the path when I fell off.โฃ ๐ŸŒฆโฃ When looking at your health bucket as an example I had some major changes in my cooking and prepping food since I was no longer cooking for the whole family. Cooking for 1 and sometimes 2 so I found preparing was the key, simple meals filled with healthy stuff! โฃ โ›…๏ธโฃ Time management was another or me and having accountability through the phases of change and the ups and downs. Usually, I am the support system for others but for me, I found little support around me when I needed it so that is something I created! โฃ โ˜€๏ธโฃ What came to your mind around your environment?
